Training locations
Here grow the gyms which offer Pilardio.
We also offer courses regardless of a gym.
You can get a 10 time card train for 120 €. At first, you can get for 5 € a Pilardio
trial lesson. Do you decide that day to a 10-card, the cost of the trial lesson will be deducted.
In the cities of Cologne, Bonn and Berlin, you can already train Pilardio. Other cities will follow soon.
The first Pilardio club will be built this year, in 2012 in Cologne.

You need no previous experience at PILARDIO Level I. Anyone can participate (except heart patients)
