Pilardio education and continuing education:

You will be taught the Pilardio system, then learn to instruct the exercises– with the help of practical exercises, interlocked with all necessary information.

Our participants get high-quality course material. A final examination, after the completion of each module will insure you receive your certificate as a Pilardio Instructor.

Every module consists of a 3 day course, which usually take place from Friday till Sunday. The modules are based on each other and structured. Level I is the basic (our educational system is built on course modules, the more you complete, the better qualified you become).

Pilardio graduated instructors must carry out Pilardio training competently. They are expected to plan and lead groups successfully. Pilardio staff instructors offer an individually tailored Pilardio program to each client.

The possibilities

Pilardio Instructor level I (1/4 modules)

Pilardio Instructor level II (1 module)

Pilardio Anti Ager Instructor (1 module)

Pilardio for Pilardinis (children) (1 module)

Pilardio staff trainer (1module)

Condition education level I (4 modules):

Foreknowledge in aerobics and Pilates (at least 20 unities visited in each case)

Condition continuing education level I (1 module):

Pilates instructor, Fitness instructor B licence, Group fitness instructor B licence or the comparable

Condition continuing education Pilardio staff instructor

Proof about the independency as a staff instructor (trainer's notes, Terms and Conditions, certificates or similar) as well as the Pilates Instructor light and Group fitness instructor licence. The staff instructor should at least have 2 years of practice experience !

Prices

Every continuing education module costs 490.00€. (Examination will take place 4 - 6 weeks after module completion).

The Pilardio level I Instructor education costs 1,990.00€.

* 4 modules are included (3 days each, 12 teaching days total). The exam is included in the last module on the third day. The exam costs are included within the price. (If re-examination is required, a fee of 150.00€ is raised.

Exam

Every exam is in the last module, or at the end of the module. If the examinee fails the exam; they have the opportunity to re-sit it at a later date.

Exam participation conditions:

Exam Pilardio Instructor level I

Participation in the modules 1 (or 1-4)

Proof of 10 supervised lessons of a Pilates lesson unit

Proof of 15 lead Pilardio lessons (group lessons or single lessons)

Pilardio Instructor level II/Pilardio for Pilardinis/Pilardio Anti Ager

Participation and exam of Pilardio level I

100% participation in the respective module

Proof of 10 supervised lessons of a Pilardio lesson unit

Proof of 15 lead Pilardio lessons (group lessons or single lessons)

Pilardio staff trainer

All education for modules will take place in the ASV, Cologne

Appointments level I
