I´ll give you some examples:

Breathing – how you breathe is how you feel. Or movement - movement is life and life is movement.
Mobilization-it´s important for continuing to move smoothly-also inner movement is activated.
Fun is a very important factor-it´s the drive par excellence.
Or take nutrition-on one hand there are many forms of nutrition and on the oher hand you have only one body.
